12:00 AM (Eastern Time – New York), Monday to Friday

Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing (handling) time:
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).


Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated transit time:
1–9 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping):
Approximately 2–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external circumstances such as carrier delays or peak seasons.

No minimum purchase is required.


Address Changes

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is damaged during transit, please contact our customer support immediately.

If possible, refuse delivery with the courier.
If delivered in your absence, contact us for assistance.
