What is your order cut-off time?
Our order cutt-off time is 12:00 AM (Eastern Time – New York), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
How long does processing take?
Processing takes 1 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping (transit) takes approximately 1–9 business days (Monday–Friday).
What is the estimated total delivery time?
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 2–10 business days (processing + shipping).

Tracking
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Address Changes
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If your return is accepted, a free return shipping label will be included in your package. You may return your item by mail or in store.

When will I receive my refund?
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
What if my order arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
